Our approach

We work toward clear structure, readable contrast, keyboard-accessible controls, meaningful image text alternatives, responsive layouts, and forms or interactive elements that can be understood with assistive technology.

Third-party services

Some functions, including payment, scheduling, and chat, are provided by third-party platforms. Their accessibility may be partly outside MinistryMesh’s direct control.

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing process. Material issues reported through support will be reviewed and prioritized based on impact and available remediation options.
