Customer information
Privacy Policy
Effective: October 21, 2026
MinistryMesh.io is an ecosystem brand operated by Steel City Integrators LLC (“Steel City,” “we,” “us”). We use customer and website information only as reasonably needed to respond to requests, qualify projects, process payments, schedule and deliver services, understand website engagement, maintain business records and improve operations.
Information we collect
We may collect names, organization names, email addresses, phone numbers, service addresses, project details, equipment information, photographs or files you choose to provide, appointment details, campaign attribution and communication preferences. Payment card details are collected and processed by the secure payment provider used at checkout; Steel City does not receive or store full card numbers through this website.
How information is used
- Respond to inquiries and prepare recommendations or proposals.
- Confirm payment status, create appointments and send confirmations, reminders and follow-up messages.
- Deliver phone, text, remote or on-site service.
- Maintain CRM, accounting, safety and service records.
- Detect misuse and protect customers, systems and business operations.
Website analytics and visitor attribution
MinistryMesh uses website analytics and visitor-attribution technology to understand which pages are visited, how visitors reach the site, and which service pages generate interest. This may involve browser, device, network, referrer, page-view, timestamp and business-domain-level attribution data where available. The current website configuration uses company-level website visitor attribution rather than contact-level visitor identification.
Service providers
We use service providers such as Google for email, calendar, forms and business records; Vercel for website hosting; Apollo for website analytics, visitor attribution and sales prospecting; and an approved payment provider such as Square. These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Remote access
Remote support occurs only with customer authorization. Access is intended to be temporary and limited to the support task. Customers should close confidential material and maintain backups before a session.
Retention and security
We retain records for as long as reasonably necessary for service, legal, tax, dispute and operational purposes. No internet or storage system is completely secure, but we use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information handled.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of information where legally available, or opt out of non-transactional follow-up. Appointment, payment, safety and legal records may be retained when required.
